Template scope
The NEXA Chat template provides editable marketing pages and visual components. It does not provide an AI model, user accounts, authentication, payment processing, or application backend.
1. Agreement to these terms
Explain when visitors or customers accept your terms, which business or individual provides the product, and which website, product, or service the terms govern.
2. Product and license
State what the buyer receives, how the Framer remix or project is delivered, whether the license covers personal or client work, and which uses remain prohibited. Match this section to the license selected for the Marketplace listing.
3. Demo content and functionality
Screens, pricing plans, app-store badges, forms, links, and feature descriptions in the preview are demonstration content unless expressly stated otherwise. Buyers are responsible for replacing demo content and connecting real destinations or services.
4. Acceptable use
Describe any restrictions on unlawful use, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, impersonation, infringement, or attempts to claim the original template design as an exclusive asset.
5. Third-party assets and services
Identify third-party fonts, images, icons, integrations, or services and explain any separate licenses or terms. Do not promise access to a third-party product that is not included in the purchase.
6. Support and updates
State the support channel, expected scope, response expectations, and whether future updates are included. Avoid guaranteeing uninterrupted support or compatibility with unspecified future platform changes.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Define the warranties, exclusions, and liability limits permitted in your jurisdiction. Avoid copying limits that have not been reviewed for the business and customers covered by the final terms.

Replace this paragraph with the seller’s legal name, business address, support email, and any other contact information required for the final offer.
