Refund Policy
Effective August 17, 2026
This editable sample policy is written for a digital Framer template. It is not legal advice. Replace the eligibility rules, request window, contact details, and marketplace-specific terms before selling the final product.

Your final refund terms must be consistent with the policies, payment flow, and consumer-protection rules that apply where the template is sold.
1. Scope
State which digital products and purchases this policy covers. If the product is sold through a marketplace, explain whether refund requests are handled by the marketplace, the seller, or both.
2. Digital delivery
Describe when delivery is considered complete, such as when a remix link, project copy, or downloadable file becomes available to the buyer.
3. When a refund may be considered
Define the genuine problems that may qualify, such as duplicate payment, inability to access the delivered files after reasonable support, or a material mismatch between the listing and the delivered product.
4. When a refund may not apply
Explain any lawful exclusions, such as a change of mind after accessing the digital product, failure to review the preview or requirements, or problems caused by unsupported third-party modifications. Do not override mandatory consumer rights.
5. How to request a refund
Specify the request window and support channel. Ask the buyer to provide the order reference, purchase email, a clear description of the issue, and reasonable evidence needed to investigate it.
6. Review and resolution
Explain how requests are reviewed, when additional information may be requested, and how approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.
7. Support before a refund
For access or setup issues, describe the support available before a refund decision. Do not require a buyer to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Contact
Replace this paragraph with the seller’s support email, legal name, business address, and the refund request method used for the final product.
